SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped from Cairo and Alexandria via one of our trusted courier services to locations across Egypt.

Order Processing

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request and are processing it. We will keep you updated with email notifications as your order progresses, including dispatch details.

We aim to ship orders on the same day. However, depending on the time the order was placed and the volume of orders, it may take one to two business days to ship from the time of submission.
