At Power Fit Supplements, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We strongly recommend reviewing all product information and handling instructions before use to ensure the best experience.

📦 Conditions for Return or Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted to maintain product safety and quality standards.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:
- They are in their original, sealed packaging (bag, box, etc.).
- Authentication stickers, seals, and labels are intact and untampered.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in new condition.
❌ Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.
💳 Refund Methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds will be issued as store credit to your Power Fit account.
Processing time: up to 15 business days from approval.
Credit/Debit Card Payments:
A 2% administrative fee will be deducted from refunded amounts.
👉 You can avoid this fee by choosing store credit instead.
Installment Payment Orders:
A 3% transaction fee will apply to refunded installment purchases.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Products purchased during clearance sales or labeled “close-to-expiry” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Power Fit reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
